Konstantinos Tsatsos (în greacă: Κωνσταντίνος Τσάτσος) (n. 1 iulie, 1899, Atena - d. 8 octombrie 1987, Atena) a fost un diplomat grec, profesor de drept, savant și politician. El a servit ca cel de-al doilea președinte al celei de-a treia Republici Elene în perioada 1975-1980.

S-a retras după mandatul de cinci ani ca președinte și murit în 1987 la Atena unde a și fost înmormântat. Tsatsos i-a supraviețuit soției sale, Ioanna Seferiádou, sora laureatului Nobel pentru literatură (1963), poetul elen, Giorgos Seferis.
